Landscape Designer/Sales
>We are looking to add to our team of talented Landscape Architects and Designers. Candidates should have a degree in the Design/Horticulture field and a minimum of 5 years professional experience. Candidates should be talented individuals with a proven track record and the ability to design, estimate and manage residential projects of all sizes. Applicants should be experienced in dealing directly with homeowners in both design and sales as well as project management. Strong construction knowledge and design capabilities are a must. Salary is commensurate with experience and benefits include vehicle, insurance, profit sharing, vacation and light winter hours.
Assistant Production Manager
This position is to fulfill a need in the production arm of the company. Responsibilities include employee management, starting crews for the work day, supervising loading procedures, etc. This position also includes management aspects at our production and nursery facility, inventory control, management of deliveries, irrigations systems, etc. Position requires a self motivated, reliable individual who can manage others. Spanish is a definite plus, basic computer and email skills are required. This is a new position that can be adapted/expanded to match the particular skill set of a qualified applicant.
Service Technician
This position requires a self-motivated individual who desires to work in the field and maintains an Operators license from the Illinois Dept. of Agriculture. Communication skills are key as this position involves a high level of client contact. Duties include, Fertilization and Chemical applications, Service visits, plant replacements, property checkups (weeding, pruning, cleaning), paver sealing and all other aspects that relate to residential landscape work. A ‘C’ license and Spanish are highly desired. This position is perfect for an individual looking to leave the ‘crew’ environment and enter into a position with room for promotion and entry into management.
